Our beach front villas are situated between 5ft to 75ft from the Caribbean sea, architecturally positioned in such a manner that all villas face and have an amazing view of the beach, swaying palms, ocean and belize barrier reef. An open plan footprint exists within each of our luxury villas, giving all accommodation close access to the infinity pool, kiddies pool and hot tub. Large, landscaped gardens and warm sea breezes compliment your experience, gently blowing away the stress and replacing it with magnificent tranquility that this Central American vacation is renowned for.

We offer a selection of one-bedroom self-catering villas on the ground and second floor accommodating 2 people sharing. The ground floor offers direct access through your patio doors onto the landscaped grounds, pool area and beach. The second floor of our 1 bed beach villas offers more privacy, vaulted ceilings, and a more grandiose vista of the sea with wonderful ocean views.
All one-bedroom villas are approx. 900 square feet – much larger than a regular hotel room – and come with a complete kitchen, granite counters which seat four comfortably, a washer, dryer and one gorgeous private bathroom. Added to this is great internet connection with our free wifi and cable tv.

All our executive two-bedroom self-catering villas are situated on the ground floor with direct access through patio doors onto private covered verandas right onto the landscape grounds and to the private beach beyond. All have the same floor plan, each uniquely furnished and all boasting 2,000 sq. ft. of living space.
Both bedrooms benefit from a king-sized bed and have their own en-suite bathroom, with the master bedroom en-suite featuring an outdoor separate shower. One can only imagine a liberating shower under the stars after a wonderful day relaxing or getting together in the evenings on your expansive veranda to enjoy the company of those you love.
All two bedrooms villas come with a complete kitchen, granite counters which seat four comfortably, a washer, dryer and two gorgeous half bathrooms. Added to this is great internet connection and cable tv to help you unwind and relax after pleasant strolls along the beach for the duration of your stay. Last but by no means least, our three-bedroom penthouse Belize villas face the natural beauty of the sea with large spectacular views of the Caribbean from massive verandas. They all feature ceramic tile floors, cabinetry throughout in a blend of local hardwoods, spanning 2,600 sq. ft. Each bedroom has a king bed and comes complete with an en-suite plus a half-bathroom accessible from the living room.
With luxurious decor throughout, our private spacious villas have with granite tops in the open plan kitchen to beckon all gatherings, while the expansive balcony is the perfect setting for sunset and cheer as you take in the natural sea breez . Added to this is great internet connection and cable tv. Three bedrooms villas accommodate six people sharing.

Tw0 Bedroom Luxury Beachfront Penthouse with Loft
This is the only condo on this floor with a loft. The living space includes over 1,550 sq ft and up to six guests can sleep comfortably thanks to two single futons in the loft that act as 3rd bedroom.
With vaulted ceilings, additional shelving for entertainment items like mini-bars and more character than you could ever imagine!
